Somerset Energy Assessment Terms
Orders for Energy Performance Certificates can usually be processed on
receipt with the EPC being available within 24 hours of the inspection.
Orders for Home Information Packs can usually be processed on receipt
and we expect to provide your partial HIP withing 24 hours of the Energy
Survey allowing next day marketing at no extra cost. The completed HIP
should then follow within 7 to 10 days.
Payment for Energy Performance Certificates and Home Information Packs
is required when the energy inspection takes place.
During the last two years prices have fluctuated for both EPCs and HIPs.
